Dr. Charles Zollner has been providing chiropractic care to patients across the North Bay since 1998, and Greenbrae is one of our closest neighboring communities. Our office at 4380 Redwood Highway, Suite B-6 in San Rafael is just a short drive north up Highway 101, so getting here from Bon Air or the Greenbrae hillside is quick and easy.
Dr. Zollner uses a gentle, instrument-based approach that removes the need for manual cracking. Rather than applying forceful adjustments, he combines several chiropractic techniques with modern diagnostics, including digital X-ray, to find the true source of your pain and build a care plan around your specific situation.
Greenbrae blends quiet hillside neighborhoods with easy access to the outdoors, from paddling and walking the Corte Madera Creek along the Greenbrae Boardwalk to biking the path toward Larkspur Landing. Staying active is part of life here, and keeping you moving comfortably is exactly what we help you do. For our Spanish-speaking neighbors in Greenbrae, el Dr. Zollner habla Español.

Conditions We Treat for Greenbrae Patients
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, a recent injury, or stiffness from working at a desk, Dr. Zollner can help. Here are the most common conditions our Greenbrae patients come in for:
Auto Accident Care for Greenbrae Residents
Highway 101 runs right along the edge of Greenbrae, and the busy interchanges at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Lucky Drive, and Wornum Drive see heavy traffic all day long. The merges near Bon Air and the Larkspur Landing ferry commute are frequent spots for rear-end collisions and fender benders, especially during commute hours. If you've been in a car accident, chiropractic care can help with whiplash, neck pain, back pain, and other soft tissue injuries that often don't show up until days after the collision.
What You Should Know After an Accident
Greenbrae Resources for Active Living
Greenbrae is a community built around an active, outdoor lifestyle. Whether you're hiking the ridgeline, swimming laps at the community pool, or cheering on the Trojans, staying active sometimes means dealing with pain. Here are local resources our patients frequently mention:
Corte Madera Creek Path & Greenbrae Boardwalk
The paved Corte Madera Creek path runs right through Greenbrae, connecting the Bon Air Bridge to Larkspur Landing along the water. It's a favorite of walkers, runners, cyclists, and families with strollers, and the flat, scenic route is easy to enjoy year-round. Even gentle, repetitive walking and cycling can contribute to hip, knee, and lower back overuse, especially for those ramping up mileage.
Bon Air Center & Shopping
Bon Air Center on Bon Air Road is Greenbrae's main shopping hub, with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and everyday errands all in one walkable spot. Shoppers spend time on their feet carrying bags and loading cars, and staff work long shifts standing and lifting. All of that walking, standing, and carrying is a common source of the neck, shoulder, and lower back strain we help patients manage.
King Mountain Open Space Preserve
Rising above Greenbrae and Larkspur, the King Mountain Loop Trail offers shaded woodland paths and sweeping bay views popular with hikers, trail runners, and dog walkers. The steep grades and uneven footing are rewarding but can be hard on knees, ankles, and lower backs. Locals use these trails throughout the year.
MarinHealth Medical Center (Bon Air)
MarinHealth Medical Center on Bon Air Road anchors the medical community right next to Greenbrae, serving the whole county. Chiropractic care is a natural complement to conventional medical treatment for back pain, neck pain, and injury recovery, and our office is a short drive north for patients seeking a gentle, non-surgical approach.
Larkspur Landing & Ferry Commute
Just past Greenbrae, Larkspur Landing connects commuters to San Francisco by ferry and sits alongside shops and restaurants. The daily walk to the ferry, long hours at a desk in the city, and the drive home all add up. Sitting for extended commutes is a frequent contributor to the neck, shoulder, and lower back complaints we treat in the office.
Highway 101 & Sir Francis Drake Interchange
The Sir Francis Drake Boulevard interchange at Highway 101, along with the nearby Lucky Drive and Wornum Drive ramps, sees heavy traffic throughout the day. Commuters merging on and off the freeway and drivers heading to Bon Air and Larkspur Landing create congestion, and rear-end collisions, lane-change accidents, and fender benders are common in this corridor. If you've been in an accident near this interchange, our office is just a few miles north on the same highway.
